Since opening in 2013, First Strike Indoor Range has provided a safe indoor location for all shooters. We are Veteran owned and strive to maintain a fun and safe shooting environment for all shooters ranging from Law Enforcement, competitive shooters, civilians, and especially those new to the industry; whether it be for self-defense or sport.
Safety is always our first priority.
Our affiliate store, Sherwin Shooting Sports in Eastlake has been part of the shooting community since 1971.
our range
First Strike is Geauga County's indoor public shooting range. Located in the Newbury Business Park adjacent to the intersection of SR 87 and SR 44.
We have 12 lanes with a maximum distance of 50 feet.
We can accommodate pistols, rifles up to and including some .30 Caliber, muzzleloaders, and shotguns.
All ammunition will be inspected by employees prior to being admitted to the range. Absolutely no steel core or steel cased ammunition will be permitted on the range. Shotgun shooters are limited to buckshot or slug ammunition. Tracers, incendiary, armor piercing, or any other ammunition that is deemed unsafe will not be allowed.
We have firearms for rent including handguns, rifles, and shotguns.
No appointments or reservations are required and we are first come, first served.

pricing
All rates are for UNLIMITED TIME shooting during your visit. We DO NOT charge by the hour.
$22 for range time per person. NO time limit.
We always have a great selection of rental guns and our inventory continuously rotates in order to provide you with an opportunity to try different brands. Just ask, you may be able to shoot a firearm in our showcase as well!
